1. Webquest on Aboriginal Poetry and Song.

This site guides students in how to create multimedia poetry within a context of exploring and understanding issues related to ethical representations of Australian Indigenous cultures.

Although it was designed for NSW Stage 6 Preliminary English, the content may be adapted for Stage 5 or for Indigenous studies.

2. Student reference page.

Group member and poet, Peter Nicholson, posted this link to the group. It is on his website and is aimed at developing critical skills for senior students. Suitable for class or individual work: Peter Nicholson's Student Reference page.

3. Teachers may already be familiar with glogsters, fun ways for kids to explore their responses to poetry. (Examples of traditional English-text poems rendered into glogsters can be found on the glogster poems page on this site.
